The new section 45 reads as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Registration of assignments and transmissions:<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Where a person becomes allowed by transmission or assignment to a registered\ntrademark, he shall execute in the specified way to the registrar for register\nhis title.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The registrar may need the applicant to provide confirmation or more affirmation\nin proof of title only where there is a practical doubt about the truth of any\ndocument or statement provided. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Where the reliability of a transmission or assignment is in discussion\nbetween the parties, the registrar may decline to register the detail or\ntransmission until the rights of the parties have been specified by a qualified\ncourt. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Under sub-section (1) has been registered, the transmission or assignment shall be failed against a person getting a clashing interest in or under the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.solubilis.in\/trademark-registration-chennai.php\">trademark registration<\/a> without knowledge of transmission or assignment. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The modification has excluded the need of the proof of the title to be\nhelped with his application for trademark registration title.
